Terms of Service — Mizac
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mizac mobile app provided by Mobirithm. By downloading or using the app you accept these terms.
1. Description of Service
Mizac is a self-awareness app offering a four-temperament test, daily tracking (Pusula), compatibility comparison, a library, and an optional yildizname feature. The content is provided for cultural and personal-awareness purposes.
2. Not Medical or Professional Advice
Test results, interpretations, daily summaries and yildizname texts in the app are for entertainment, cultural and self-awareness purposes. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. For health-related decisions please consult a qualified professional.
3. Account and Use
The app starts with an anonymous session and can be used without creating an account. You may register your account using email or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for your account's security and for activity carried out through it. You may not use the app in ways that are unlawful, infringe others' rights, or abuse the system.
4. Purchases
The temperament test and yildizname analysis are offered as separate one-time (consumable) in-app purchases. Daily tracking, compatibility comparison and the library are free core features. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to those platforms' rules.
Consumable purchases are considered consumed once the related test or analysis entitlement is used. Refund requests are governed directly by Apple's or Google's refund policies; since we do not see your payment details, refunds are handled through the respective store.
5. Intellectual Property
The app, its logo, content and texts are owned by or licensed to Mobirithm. They may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without permission, except for personal use.
6. User Data
Your test answers, daily check-in records and yildizname inputs are stored only to provide the service to you. Processing of such data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mobirithm is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Changes and Termination
We may update these terms from time to time and will announce significant changes in the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account if you violate these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
